How to Shape Your Gamechangers Custom Orthotics Lite Insoles

Step 1: Trim to Fit

Use our stock insole as a guide and trim the toe area as needed. For narrow shoes, trim the side opposite the arch to ensure a snug fit.

Step 2: Warm It Up

Place your insoles in the oven, heated to 225°F, for 5 – 8 minutes. This softens and expands the inner arch chamber, enabling it to assume the exact shape of your foot.

Step 3: Molding Process

Wearing socks, place the insoles in your shoes and put the shoes on. Your insoles will mold to the unique shape of your foot and harden as they cool, offering substantial support to your skeletal structure. Added tips:

• For a dynamic mold, place the insole in your shoe and start walking.
• For a solid mold, stand on the insole.
• For an arch-building mold, sit and apply moderate pressure.

Be cautious, as the insole will be hot. If it feels too hot, let it cool to a tolerable temperature before molding.

Important: If under 18 years of age, do not attempt to mold without adult supervision. Do not use toaster ovens and microwaves, as they do not provide inconsistent heating. Do not mold if insole has been punctured or damaged. Exercise common sense and use caution.
