How to Shape Your Gamechangers Custom Orthotics Insoles

Step 1: Trim to Fit

Use our stock insole as a guide and trim the toe area as needed. For narrow shoes, pay extra attention to trimming the side opposite the arch to ensure a snug fit.

Step 2: Warm It Up

Place your insoles in the oven, heated to 225°F, for 8 – 10 minutes. This softens and expands the inner arch chamber, enabling it to assume the exact shape of your foot.

Step 3: Molding Process
